President and Strategic Advisor
Holder of a doctorate in management sciences, with a specialization in finance, from the University of Poitiers (France), Dr Bouka is a finance specialist and a veteran of Canada-Africa business relations. He was a financial advisor and planner at IG Wealth Management for 36 years, from February 1991 to October 2026.
